I got on internet to get a free credit report. Experian's "free credit report" ended up enrolling me in a monthly service that I had no intention of joining. It took several calls and emails to cancel this unwanted credit protection service. I am a senior citizen and not a technical giant, but saw no way to avoid this from happening. Carolyn Standridge
