It is time to pass laws to protect the public against bait and switch tatics as used by Freecreditreport.com. We had our bankk account charged repeatedly for "credit monitoring" which we did not want. We want our money back along with damages. It caused our account to be overdrawn and we had to closed the account and pay for "overdraft" charges. This should be covered under the bait and switch laws? Thanks for your time...
